| Abstract: | The effectiveness of a new sulfonamide, UROCYD A L, has been studied in selies of 9 cases of urinary tract infections, most of which were due to Escherichia con. Results were good in 8 cases and poor in 1 cases. The does in most cases was 2 tablets (0.5 mg) four times daily. Alkali was not given, nor were fluids forced. There were no untoward reactions to UROCYDAL. Th e drug can be taken over a long period of time with practically not untoward side reactions. |
