水腎症に対する腎盂尿管形成術

Abstract

1. Pyeloureteroplasty was done qn three patients o f ureteropelvic juncture obstruction. 2. The obstruction of these cases was caused by abnormal high location o f the junction, narrowing of the upper ureteral portion and anomalous inferior accessory renal vessel respectively. 3. A c curate preoperative diagnosis of ureteropelvic junction obstruction is best made by excretory pyelogram with delayed films, translumbar abdominal aortography and direct pet-cutaneous pyelography. 4. In all ca ses splint catheter was employed for postoperative urinary drainage, and nephrostomy was not necessary for this type of operation by our experience.
