結石を合併した馬蹄腎の3例

Abstract

Three cases of horseshoe kidney with urinary c a lculi were recently experienced in our clinic. T h e first case was a fourty-two year old man with the chief complaint of bilateral pain and a horseshoe kidney with bilateral staghorn calculi was suspected from urogram and pneumoretroperitoneum. H e was treated by right pyelolithotomy first, then by left pyelo-and-nephrolithotomy. Left heminephrectomy had to be performed because of severe postoperative hemorrhage. The second case was a fourty-three year old woman. Pyelolithotomy was done for renal calculus of right side. The third case was a thirty year old man with th e chief complaint of left renal colic. He was treated by ureterolithotomy. All cases are doing well postoperatively and the results of treatment are considered satisfactory. The literature of horseshoe kidney with special referrence to its complications was reviewed.
