| 抄録: | This is to report an interesting case of staghorn calc u lus in a scoliotic patient who had also hypertension of renal origin as being cured by nephrectomy. Operation met some difficulties because of scoliosis and displacement of the affected kidney. Pathohistological study of the removed kidney showed the picture of pyelonephritis and incidental presence of leukoplakia of the renal pelvis. Our experiences in 13 c ases of staghorn calculus during the time of past 10 years were discussed being compared with that of those who previously published their statistical investigation on staghorn calculus. |
