| 抄録: | A case of nonhormonal adrenal cortical adenoma in a man of 60-year-old is reported. Three years ago this patient had total cystectomy with bilateral cutaneous ureterostomy for papillary carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Since the operation was carried out, he has been suffering from right pyonephrosis. The patient was admitted to our clinic with chief complaints of weight loss, , general malaise, anorexia, remittent fever and purulent discharge from the right ureterostomy meatus. The tumor covered by a thin capsule of the adrenal gland was found incidentally during nephrectomy for pyonephrosis and it was extirpated. Histopathological diagnosis was adenoma of the adrenal cortex. There are only 12 cases of nonhormonal adenoma of the adrenal cortex in the world literatures. |
