| 抄録: | A 7 year-old boy was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of dysuria. Urological examinations revealed congenital bladder neck contracture and bilateral hydronephrosis with left vesico-ureteral reflux. Y-V plastic operation for bladder neck contracture made the diagnosis of trifid ureter with a blind-ending branch on the left side. Removal of the jointing portion of the trifid ureter and ureterovesiconeostomy were indicated. This is the first presentation of the trifid ureter with a b lind-ending branch among reported 35 cases of triplicate ureter. |
