| 抄録: | A 61-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of the left renal mass lesion. We performed left radical nephrectomy under the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. The tumor showed a dark red color. The pathological diagnosis was chromophobe cell renal carcinoma. We could not make the diagnosis before the operation by echography, computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging. It is still controversial whether this diagnosis can be made preoperatively. |
