| 抄録: | Crossed renal ectopia is a relatively rare congenital anomaly. A case of crossed renal ectopia with fusion (inverted L shaped kidney) associated with ectopic ureter opening to seminal vesicle on the right side, which occurred in a 38-year-old man is reported. He complained of lower abdominal pain, frequency of micturition, and dysuria. Ureterectomy with vesiculeotomy on the right side was carried out. Histological finding is a transitional epithelium inside the duct. This case is the 11th reported case in Japan and some statistical studies were carried out. |
