| 抄録: | DR-l08, a new contrast medium for the urinary tract and blood vessels, was used in fifty cases for intravenous pyelography. In eighteen cases both of DR-l08 and 80% Angio-Conray were used to compare the contrasting effect, speed of injection and side effects. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1) The contrasting effect of DR-l08 was almost identical with that of 80% Angio-Conray, and in eighteen cases the former medium gave the clearer pyelograms than the latter. 2) The intravenous administration of 30 ml of DR-l08 could be easily completed within 150 seconds. 3) Serious complications and side effects were not encountered in all the cases. 4) The above results suggest that DR-l08 is an excellent contrast medium for intravenous radiography of the urinary tract. |
