| 抄録: | Ten urological cases with Gram negative infection were successfully treated by local application of Polymyxin B. The remarkable effect of this drug was evidenced by the fact that Pseudomonas disappeared in 1 out of 5. This suggests that local use of this drug can be a powerful weapon against Pseudomonas infection. |
