| 抄録: | A case of cavernous hemangioma of the bladder is presented. A 40-year-old female was admitted to our hospital complaining of gross hematuria. At cystoscopy a sessile tumor of a pigeon-egg size, slightly lobulated and bluish purple in color was found on the dome and high on the posterior wall of the bladder. Partial cystectomy was performed. This tumor involved the entire thickness of the bladder wall and perivesical tissues (Fig. 1). Microscopic examination showed cavernous hemangioma (Fig. 2~4). Literatures were reviewed up to June 1972 and some discussions were made. |
