上部尿部に皺襞像をみた6症例

Abstract

From February, 1971 to September, 1972, 6 cases with striation on pyelograms were seen among 821 intravenous and retrograde pyelograms. Urinary infections may play some role as a causative factor of the mucosal fold. However, in some cases, urinalysis showed no findings of infection. In two cases, inflammatory changes and vascular congestion were demonstrated in the submucosal tissue of the mucosal fold. On the urogram, the changes were usually seen as the alternate fine dark and light lines running parallel to the long axes of major calyces and ureter. Occasionally, however, noted were coarse as well as irregular radiolucent and radiodense lines.
