Schonlein-Henoch Syndrome患者に見られた陰嚢血瘤の1例

Abstract

A 55-year-old man complained of painless swelling of the left scrotal contents. Under the diagnosis of testicular tumor, left orchiectomy was performed. The specimen was pathologically estimated to be a hematocele testis. With consideration of hematological studies and previous histories of purpura, abdominal pain and arthralgia, it was thought that this hematocele was spontaneously occurred in Schonlein-Henoch syndrome. Such a non-traumatic hematocele testis was found in only 14 cases in the literature. We made some discussion about the definition and classification of hematocele testes.
