| dc.description.abstract | A 38-year-old man was seen with reddish urine. Urinalysis was normal, but enlargement of the right scrotal contents was noted. The mass showed transillumination and fluctuation. Palpation revealed a few hard nodules which were round and not fixed to any part of the tunica. A diagnosis of copora libera of the tunica was made and he was admitted to undergo right hydrocelectomy in October, 1980. At the operation, eleven corpora, ranging from II mm to I mm in diameter, were noted. The total weight of the corpora were 2393.1 mg. The corpora were composed of bilirubin calcium, fatty acid calcium and protein. A review of the Japanese literature was made and our case was labeled as the 36th case in Japan. | en |
