| 抄録: | We present two cases of urinary infection due to Torulopsis glabrata, one in recurrent urolithiasis and the other in diabetes. The former responded to oraI5-fluorocytosine, in addition to amphotericin B bladder instillations, the latter, however, did not respond to 5-fluorocytosine. Minimum inhibitory concentrations of 5-fluorocytosine against T.glabrata were <0.1 µg/ml and >800 µg/ml, respectively. The pathological features of urinary Torulopsosis are those of non-specific granulomatous inflammations. |
