| 抄録: | The clinical efficacy of Cefmetazon (CMZ) was evaluated after a one-shot intravenous administration of 1000 mg CMZ, twice a day for 5 consecutive days. Of the 19 patients evaluable for drug efficacy, the response was excellent in 5 patients, good in 9 patients and poor in 5 patients, with an overall effectiveness rate of 73.7%. Side effects of diarrhea were seen in 2 patients, but the hematological features, BUN, S-Cr, S-GOT, S-GPT and Alp were unchanged after the treatment. In conclusion, CMZ was thought to be a useful therapeutic for complicated urinary tract infections. |
