cis-Diamminedichloroplatinumによる睾丸腫瘍の化学療法

Abstract

Nine patients with testicular tumors were treated with CDDP and the combination of CDDP, vinblastine and bleomycin in an attempt to treat metastasis. All of 4 patients receiving an single administration of CDDP could not achieve a sufficient response. 4 of 6 patients treated with CDDP, vinblastine and bleomycin had measurable lung tumorm. 3 of them achieved objective responses, one complete (25%) and two partial (50%). Nausea and vomiting were observed in almost of all patients, especially in the three drug combination therapy. Renal toxity of CDDP was reduced under the sufficient hydration. Leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were seen only in the patients received the ccmbinaticn chemotherapy.
