| 抄録: | A case of polyp of the male posterior urethra was herein reported. A 62-year-old man was hospitalized with asymptomatic hematuria and arrest of urinary stream. Gystopanendoscopy revealed a polypoid mass arising from the verumontanum. A transurethral resection of the pedunculated lesion was done. Histological diagnosis was compatible with adenomatous polyp. The 16 cases including our case, compiled from the Japanese literature, were reviewed and some discussion was done. |
