クンブ地域での精神医学見聞

Abstract

ネパールの精神医療の現状について簡単に展望し, クンブ地域の医療施設や家庭訪問での見聞から精神医学的に興味のある点をいくつか述べた. さらにナムチェとクムジュンで成人と学童を対象におこなった意識調査とロールシャツハテストおよび描画テストの結果を報告した. 描画テストでは, 稚拙き・構成能力の低さがことに目だった.

After making a brief survey of the psychiatric status of Nepal and especially Khumbu area, some relevant psychiatric experiences in Namche and Khumjung by an opportunity of home visit and of interview with the visitors to the temporary clinic were related. The results of Rorshach Test and Drawing Test of adults and students on that occasion were reported. The construction ability was below the standard level.
