| 抄録: | I visitted health care service station around soroba village in Irianjaya In Indonesia, public health care centers called "Puskesumas" (Type 1 and 2) bear primary health care and medicine. There are also 260000 civilization-supported stations called "Posyandu" which bear family planning, child and maternal health, nutrition guidance, vaccination and so on. In villages around Soroba, Posyandu sysytem does not seem to work effectively due to dissociation between political planning and health related needs of primitive residents. |
