茶文化交流の向こうにあるもの

Abstract

雲南懇話会が主催する2011年度の雲南へのフィールドワークに, 現地の大学での茶文化交流の任を受けて参加した. ステレオタイプの呈茶の交流ではなく, 両国のお茶に纏わる習慣を尋ね, 共に文化を紡いできた歴史を振り返り, 茶の心の共通性を再認識するような交流を行いたいと工夫した14日間で, 確認した茶文化交流の意義を記しておく. 因みに, ティー・リテラシーとは私自身の造語で, 裏千家茶道助教授, 煎茶道清泉幽茗流講師, 中国国家公認資格中国茶藝師, 日本茶インストラクター, 6a の茶畑農民という経験を活かし, 流派や分野の壁を取り払って, お茶を自由に楽しみたいという志を現している.

This is an introduction of an alternative tea culture exchange. Sharing a time to taste each teas, and to learn the way how to process and drink tea leaf deepen our understanding each history having been interactive over thousands years. The myth of genesis preserved by a Deangs may have some reasons why tea purify and strengthen people's minds and bodies. The study of this tradition which has been handed down through the centuries will also give us a hint to trace the spread of tea culture.
