抄録: This paper reports on the changes experienced in sexual minority identity politics in Japan in the 21st century. In Japanese sexual minority politics, identity politics -- sharing experiences of oppression by members of the social norm -- was once very important. However, a feeling of evasion about the sharing of such oppressive experiences has been spreading in the sexual minority community in recent years ("Bottomless Norm"). Simultaneously, the frame of "justice", such as the legal system and ethics, is newly entering sexual minority politics. However, considering that there are still many people who have not "come out" in everyday life, it cannot be said that in everyday life oppression about sexuality has disappeared. So, the necessity of sharing the oppression of everyday life exists also in the new frame of "justice." In this paper, the liberation group of a sexual minority in Osaka is surveyed. In this group, the criticism of deeply sharing oppressive experience arose late in the 2000's. The principal event introducing sharing about sexual oppression in the frame of new "justice" occurred in 2009. I would like to show that sharing of a sexual problem may be carried out in a new form in the frame of "justice", such as law and ethics.
