| 抄録: | The neonatal care in resource-limited setting is very challenging. On the other hand, Information communication technology (ICT) such as mobile technology is dramatically improving in those countries. The author has worked in Bhutan as the only full time volunteer Neonatologist since May 2011. This article describes the role of ICT in Neonatal Care in resource-limited country based on the experience of working with the national colleagues and tackling the challenges for the last three years. |
