<論文・報告>公共図書館を基点とした官民連携の再検討

Abstract

全国の公立・大学図書館が，企業からその企業が独自に選定した書籍や音声・映像資料の提供を受け，当該企業用の専用書架に出展することで利用者に提供する．その貸出や配信を通じて，出展企業の理念やメッセージを発信するとともに，教養水準の向上を図る．また，大学図書館では，当該企業への就職志望学生の掘り起こしによる採用活動の支援，リクルート情報提供等により学生の就職活動の支援を行い，双方のマッチングを実現する．加えて，複数の企業の参加により，様々な角度からメッセージを提供することで，図書館の理念である公平性・中立性を担保し，偏りのない選書やメッセージを実現する．さらには，話題性の提供による利用者数の増加により，図書館の安定運営を支援する．当社は，図書館における遵守すべき法や規程等に則り，図書館・企業・利用者のメリットを適切に調整して，最大化することを起業の目的とする． We propose a policy to maximize the advantages of libraries, companies, and users simultaneously. In this plan, companies select and provide books, audio materials, and videos to public and college libraries, which then arrange these materials on the dedicated bookshelves for the companies. In this manner, public libraries allow companies to disperse information and recruit employees via non-traditional activities, while providing college students and other library users with information, particularly when job hunting. The participation of many companies guarantees that the viewpoint of libraries remains fair and neutral. Additionally, libraries increase the selection of books without deflection. Moreover, this policy supports the stable administration of the library by increasing the users. This plan observes the laws and regulations that libraries must obey.
