| 抄録: | Recently Brown [Br1] gave a proof of a conjecture by Hoffman [Hof2] that the mathbb{Q} vector space generated by the multiple zeta values is generated by the set, called the Hoffman basis, of multiple zeta values of a certain special type. In this article we give a survey of this topic including an outline of the proof by Brown [Br1]. At the end of the article we also give some applications of the result and mention some open problems. |
