<特集論文 1>心理療法におけるナラティヴ-- 医療人類学との接点

Abstract

本稿では、心理療法とナラティヴとの関連について、心理療法の営みの側から検討した。まず、心理療法においてクライエントの語りを聴くとはどのような営みなのかを考察し、心理療法においては心理臨床家とクライエントとの「関係」が重要となることが確認され、その関係を基盤として、コンステレーションを読むという営みが展開し、それによってナラティヴが創出される過程が始まることが論じられた。次いで、アーサー・クラインマンとのやりとりを紹介しながら、真にかけがえのないものに触れるためにはナラティヴをどのように扱うことが重要なのかを考察した。さらに、クラインマンが取り上げたある糖尿病者のナラティヴを紹介し、それを心理療法の次元から考察することによって、語り/聴くことの意味や共感について議論した。最後に、わたし自身の心理療法観が東洋思想の影響を受けていることを指摘し、そのことの心理療法的意味を、雨請い祈祷師のナラティヴを紹介して、「道」の思想から検討した。

This essay examines how narratives are created in the process of psychotherapy, based on the viewpoint of my psychotherapy. First, I mentioned that my psychotherapy is strongly influenced by Hayao Kawai who is the most famous psychotherapist in Japan, and pointed out that psychotherapy in this essay is based on his psychotherapeutic thought. At first, I pointed out that the relation between client and psychotherapist is most important in order for the narrative to be created. Next, based on the psychotherapeutic relation, I discussed that the process of creating a narrative begins by understanding the movement of "Constellation" which is the concept of Jungian psychology that means the activation of a psychic personal complexes or an archetypal contents. In addition, while introducing my interaction with Arthur Kleinman who is an internationally famous medical anthropologist, I discussed how we can realize what is truly irreplaceable from the dimension of narrative. Furthermore, I took up the narrative of one person with diabetes who Dr. Kleinman introduced and discussed empathic understanding and the meaning of listening to her narrative from the viewpoint of psychotherapy. Finally, I introduced a case of a rain maker, and examined it from the Tao, I considered that my view of psychotherapy is influenced by oriental thought.
