| 抄録: | ブータン王女ソナム・デチェン殿下が2017年10月21日から27日まで来日した。本稿では、その一行を迎えた京都大学の側が用意したロジスティクスを公開する。ロジスティクスとは、事業の推進のしかたの詳細である。それを開示することで、通常は裏方で進行する作業を公にすることを試みた。情報開示の一環であるとともに、それを通じて、物事を前に進める際に必要な相互支援の必要性を示したい。 Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuk of Kingdom of Bhutan visited Japan from October 21 to 27, 2017. This article aims to describe the logistics of Kyoto University how to welcome the princess. This kind of disclosure highlight the importance of the back-stage efforts to promote an event. This is of course a part of disclosure of information but it may help people to think about the procedure to make things forward through an effort of the mutual support. |
