| 抄録: | We researched dental health of Dani people in Indonesian Papua state in March, 2017. We examined 112 people aged 17 to 67 years old. We examined body mass index (BMI), number of teeth, brush teeth or not, tools of brushing teeth, use of dental powder, and smoking. From our research, teeth number decreased according to the participants' age. Low BMI and no use of dental powder were also associated with teeth loss in monovariated analysis. However low BMI and no use of dental powder were associated with aging. We must study much more about the dental health of Dani in Papua. We want to do sustained and extensive study in this subject. |
