<研究ノート>教職員のもう一つの働き方改革のあり方 --ジョブ・クラフティングの研修効果--

Abstract

Teacher training was conducted using the concepts and methods of "creation of work" (Wrzesniewskii & Duton, 2001), which creates a three-dimensional changes, and verifies the effects on teachers' perception of "the content and methods of work, " "human relations" and "job perception." As a result of the PAC analysis, the findings are as follows: (1) Self-esteem and self-respect improves by clarifying ones values and strengths which had been vague, (2) Job-satisfaction improves by changing their cognition of work, (3) Young teachers' optimistic outlooks of their occupational ability for the future are influenced by experiences of meeting people in life and self-insights. Especially, "contribution for others and society" strongly influence their motivation for work.
