京都・紫野における都市探索グループワークによる発見的価値付けへの「ダイアログ手法」の応用可能性

Abstract

本稿では、居住者毎に抱く自地域への価値付けを「スケッチを用いた独自のダイアログ手法」によって、それを都市・地域らしさとして抽象的な見方（都市認識）として獲得し、実空間の都市探索を通して個別の現象を発見的に価値付けるグループワークの実施と評価を行った。結果、一般に大徳寺や船岡山等の観光地や歴史の舞台となってきた地域資源がイメージされがちな紫野地域において、空き地やお地蔵さん等一般的イメージと必ずしも直結はせず、かつ京都の市街地では珍しいことではないと見られがちな現象に対して、紫野らしさを具体的に価値付ける事例が確認された。「都市認識」を捉えることは、地域らしさを抽象的に捉え直すことで、一般的イメージからは直結しない都市空間の現象に対しても具体性を持って価値付ける事が出来る点において有用性があることが分かった。

This research is developing the “dialogue-based” approach for creating future scenario with various evaluation by inhabitants for the city with case project in Murasakino, the 100 years old Urban Sprawl Zone. We have developed the original method of DIALOGUE for Inhabitant’s Evaluating Sphere, and practiced experimentally in Nishijin. The purpose of this case project in Murasakino is to obtain knowledge about Speculation, the next step for creating various scenario of City. As a result, 10 apprpachers could make various speculation from individual points of view through making exploration into urban space and present it with some sketches each other.
