デジタルサイネージを利用した異文化コミュニケーションの誘発手法

Abstract

To improve the sightseeing experience of foreign tourists in Japan, a method of evoking cross-cultural communication between Japanese and foreign tourists with using digital signages was proposed in this study. Proposed method presents sightseeing information in interactive way and makes chance of cooperative works between digital signage users to evoke communications between them. Based on the results of an evaluation experiment, the proposed method can evoke cross-cultural communication significantly more than the conventional slideshow-type information presenting method.
