第3章 : マレーシアのサイノフォン文芸誌『蕉風』書誌ノート

Abstract

马来西亚历史最悠久的华文文学杂志《蕉风》于1955年首次出版。创刊词〈蕉风吹遍绿洲〉说，有人常以「文化沙漠」四个字来形容马来亚文化，这句话是非常不公道，并且对于马来亚的文化人来讲，显然是一种揶揄。……星马两地，我们华族后裔占了全部人口的半数以上，在今后悠长的岁月里，我们还要与其他马来亚民族协调的生活在一起。……一起认为在今日的星马，创办一份纯马来亚化的文艺刊物，实在太需要了。《蕉风》出版后三十年间都是冷战时代。《蕉风》也是由从中国大陆南下的第三势力开始出版的。但马华文学传统的五四运动源流现实主义文学和《蕉风》现代派文学好像是冷战东西对立一样分开。这世纪以后的冷战研究来看《蕉风》是文化冷战的典型例子。它也是这世纪10年代开始的华语语系文学的摇篮。我们冷战背景，现代派作品，南来作家的三方面可以分析这份杂志。

Bulanan Chao Foon, Malaysia's longest-running Sinophone literary magazine, was first published in 1955. The inaugural issue, “Chao Foon Blows Over the Oasis, ” stated that the term “cultural desert, ” which is often used to describe Malayan culture, is very unfair and clearly disparaging of Malayan culture... We of Chinese descent make up more than half of the population in both Malaya and Singapore, and we will have to coexist with the other ethnic groups in Malaya for a long time to come... In both Malaya and Singapore today, there is just an even greater need for a purely Malayan literary publication. 30 years since the launch of Chao Foon have been the Cold War era. Chao Foon was also published by a third force that had migrated south from mainland China. However, the Mahua literary tradition of May 4 Movement realist literature and Chao Foon's modernist literature was separated as if they were opposing axes of the Cold War. A study of the Cold War since this century shows that Chao Foon is a characteristic of a cultural Cold War. It is likewise the birthplace of Sinophone since the 2010s. We can analyze this magazine from three perspectives: the context of the Cold War, modernist work, and writers to the south.
