dc.description.abstract | With the intention of designing an optimum Hall generator duct with constant velocity, constant or distributed mach number, the authors derive a new digital calculation which makes a integral given by Carter minimum that expresses the duct size under the condition of extracting a needed output power, when applied magnetic flux density, mass flow, inlet stagnation pressure and temperature in the duct are held constant. Moreover the authors confirm that their optimization theory can be applied to not only the diverging rectangular duct but also the annular one. | en |
