dc.description.abstractHumans use language and theory to explain the world. The horizon of world knowledge that has been brought about and built by language and scientific laws, is overflowing, and we even feel stifled by the abundance of words that explains the world. The world is layered with concepts and various types of information. The total amount of abstract knowledge that humans have accumulated and oversupplied no longer has any direct bearing on their daily lives. However, in a modern society that has become globalised in every aspect, those who live their daily lives need world knowledge that is necessary and useful. Tourism is a direct perceptual experience of the geographical world. This experience is open to everyone. It seems reasonable to suppose that the world image of tourism implies a means of questioning the meaning and value of the abstract concept of world knowledge in one's own life. We can say with some certainty that geographical activities and education have never been discussed as themes in research on educational philosophy and human development theory. Tourism research has also never been discussed in the context of educational philosophy and human development theory. Needless to say, geographical and tourism knowledge are closely related as a means of understanding the world and humans. The essence of tourism is a first-person, subjective experience of the world. Through tourism, people relearn the world. This paper examines the educational aspects of tourism knowledge and information.en
