网络怀境下, 国外专利的有偿, 无偿信息源的比较研究

Abstract

The authors dissect paid/unpaid information sources of foreign patents under network environment, and analyze their strengths and weaknesses respectively, followed with comparison on retrieval entrances, commands, data quality, reliability, file size, search results and costs etc. Finally, the authors express their comments based on their study, and suggest an efficient method for searching patents from these two information sources in the way of strengthening their advantages and avoiding their shortcomings respectively.
