抄録: | The Laplace transformation has been applied to the study of the analysis of the rate equations for some first order enzyme reaction systems with some dissociable activator and inhibitor. According to the analytical results the method of determinatim of rate constants for Michaelis scheme by measuring the lag time has been expanded to the first order enzyme reaction system modified by some dissociable modifier and the new method has been applied to the determination of the rate constants of activation of papain by cysteine using α-tosyl-L-arginine methyl ester as substrate. |
