dc.description.abstract | The following study, based on a research on students' behavior toward children, deals with nursing education in pursuit of complete well-being of children. Though there are many students who find it difficult to handle children, it does not present any serious problems since it is caused by lack of experience in dealing with children. However, students who find it difficult to handle children often show a negative attitude toward children, while students who like children tend to adopt a domineering attitude. Both attitudes present a selfcentered way of approach toward children and neither of them help children in any way. Therefore, it is necessary to assume a helpful attitude, appreciating children's β+α (passion and action) in their daily experience, trusting children's will to act, loving them and refraining from unneccessary help. | en |
