抄録: | This study examined the relationship between personality traits and school records of fifty-eight physical therapy students. Personality traits of students were examined by the Uchida-Kraepelin Psychodiagnostic Test. Students' school records and the results of the Uchida-Kraepelin Psychodiagnostic Test were then compared. The comparison revealed the following two points: 1) The commendable graduates scored within the 'highly wholesome' or 'wholesome' category, while the noncommendable graduates tended to score in 'quasi wholesome', 'unwholesome' and 'seriously unwholesome' categories. 2) The number of traits, which were significantly correlated with school records, in the Uchida-Kraepelin Psychodiagnostic Test increased in the order of clinical practice, technical subjects, and general educational subjects. Therefore, the Uchida-Kraepelin Psychodiagnostic Test may be a useful test to estimate problems related to learning and to dropping out of college. |
