電子情報メディア革新と教育実践 : 大学での遠隔教育プロジェクトによる一考察

Abstract

We chiefly treat the electronic information media from the restricted point of view of its practical use as tools or settings for educational practices. However, the rapid innovations in media use do not only supply useful tools or settings for teaching, but also bring about a structural change in everyday life. In our educational discourses the 'everydayness' has rarely been investigated objectively, because it's the precedent and self-evident basis for such discourses. So, rergarding the theory of education we should determine how to fully understand the everydayness and then the structural changes to our lives as a result of the innovation of the electric information media. The structural change in everydayness through technical innovation must be taken into consideration when we try to utilize the media as tools or settings for educational practices. In this article we discuss the fundamental and up-to-date problems focusing on our research projects involving distance-learning university classses.
