| 抄録: | Disasters of stuctures caused by severe local storms are much less in quantity than those bytyphoons in Japan, but such storms sometimes bring extreamly severe damages to structures. Theymust be taken into consideration in designing important structures, such as oil pipelines and atomicreactor plants, whose damages might bring loss of life and serious troubles in public. This paperdescribes the results of field investigations of three severe local storms occurred in summer of 1972, and the recommendation upon the disaster prevention of structures from severe local storms is alsopresented. |
