Abstract

After the introduction of compulsory postgraduate clinical training in 2004, resident distribution changed dramatically. After the reforms, many residents began choosing to work at general hospitals instead of university hospitals. Moreover, changes were also observed in the learning styles used in postgraduate clinical training. FD (faculty development) with workshops for trainers has taken on a considerable role in introducing learner-centered postgraduate education.
