| dc.description.abstract | 岩手県久慈港の多点係留ブイバ}スにおいて, 1995年12月6‐7日および17‐18日にかけて, タンカー(10万トン)が係留できる限界の強風, 高波浪条件のもとで, 風速, 波高および係留力の変化を計測するとともに, キネマチックGPSを適用して, 船体の動揺を計測し, その周波数特性について解析し, 風や波との関係を調べた。風はサージング, スウェイング, ヨーイング, 係留力の長周期変動を起こし, 波はローリング, ピッチング+ヒービング, 係留力の短周期変動を起こす。風波はうねりに比べ, 船体動揺への影響は小く係留力への影響は大きい。 | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | Field measurement of mooring tensions and motions of a tanker in multi‐buoy berth was carried out at Kuji National Oil Reservoir Base in Tohoku‐district on Dec.6 to 7 and 17 to 18, 1995. The motions of the tanker were measured by kinematic OPS.The results of spectral analysis about the mooring tensions and motions of the tanker show that wind induces long period motions and slowly varying tensions and wave does short periods motions and rapidly varying tensions.Wind waves are less effective on motions of the tanker but more effective on tensions than swells.The results were compared with numerical simulation.Keywords: multi‐buoys; field observation; kinematic OPS positioning; tanker motions; mooring tension | en |
