鶴見和子の生活記録運動における学習組織の展開 : 「生活をつづる会」における話し合いの記録ノートの分析から

Abstract

This paper explains the structure of “Seikatsu o tuzuru kai” writing group based on mutual discussions in which Tsurumi Kazuko had participated. This group is part of the “Seikatsu-kiroku” Movement (the life-record movement) which was organized by Tsurumi in 1942. In 1954 it separated from the larger circle into several small groups. Tsurumi belonged to a group of female workers and a research group. This paper suggests the following: (1) The group of female workers not only decided the contents of“ Seikatsu-kiroku” essay, but also managed their groups by themselves and initiated activities according to their needs. (2) The research group developed the activities of several groups and supports these groups as a central group in “Seikatsu o tuzuru kai”. However, the research group was not able to theorize “Seikatsu-kiroku”. (3) Members of the group of female workers and the reseach group took roles for management of the group. Before 1954, Tsurumi had initiated management of the circle. Even after it formed several small groups, the members managed their groups passively. However they eventually began to assume management roles voluntarily through the small-group activities. Later members took the Tsurumi's place as a leader, and Tsurumi and members tried to realize the equal relationship.
