dc.description.abstractカラコラム・フンザにおいて, 主として老年者を対象に, 認知・行動機能ならびに包括的健康度に関する医学調査を行い, 高知県香北町在住老年者のそれと比較検討を行った. フンザでは, 戸籍がないために, 正確な絶対年齢が不明であるが, 当該住民は年齢を知らないわけではなく, 5年程度のある範関内で自分の年齢を認識していることが示唆され, この点につき文化人類学的考察を加えた. フンザ老年者は, 高知県香北町老年者と較べて, 行動機能は格段に優れており, とくに, 老年期では, 日本や欧米と異なり女性に比して男性の方が健康であった. これらのことより, 老年期の健康度に, 文化的生活習慣が強く反映していることが示唆された.ja
dc.description.abstractWe studied cognitive and neurobehavioral function of elderly in Hunza using simple psychometric and behavioural batteries compared with the results of elderly in Kochi. Study population in Hunza consisted of 110 eldely people aged over 60 years including 29 elderly aged over 75 years. As there has been no documets of the village register, the age people stated was doubgtful. It was supposed that Hunza people recognized his age accuretaely in some range of years, not that they do not know their age themselves. The score of behavioral function in Hunza elderly was higher than one in Kochi elderly except visuospatial cognitive-performance test using computer. In conclusion, neurobehavioral function in elderly was influenced by life style such as daily exercise and foods.en
