| 抄録: | 第2次カラコラム医学学術調査は, 京都大学と高知医科大学の研究者ならびに学生を主体として組織され, フンザ地域で昨年に引続き, 老年者の健康度を医学的・文化人類学的観点から調査研究した. 医師3名, 看護婦1名, 京大文学部大学院生1名, 京大霊長類研究所研究員1名, 医学生5名, 教員1名から構成されており, フンザでの疫学調査を約2週間にわたって行った. 特に今回は家庭訪問を行い, また隊員2名が約4カ月間滞在して研究を続けた. Kochi Medical Research Expedition to Karakoram II was organized to investigate the geriatric functional assessment in the elderly in Hunza, in Karakoram area from August 14 to September 7. This medical research team consisted of 3 doctors, I nurse, I researcher in Primate Research Institute, Kyoto University, I student of department of geography, I teacher, and 5 medical students. We examined exercise function, taste threshold, knee and spinal joint function, and cognitive and neurobehavioral function and examined stomach by the gastrofiberscope. We visited 35 homes where elderly people live and examined their life and happiness. |
