夢・箱庭・風景構成法に関する一考察－イメージとそれを体験する主体との関係性の視点から－

Abstract

主体の内から生じる自律的なイメージとの関わりの中で，主体がなぜ変容していくのかを明らかにするためには，イメージとそれを体験する主体との関係性に焦点を当てることが重要な意味を持つ。本論文では，自律的なイメージが表れる心理療法の技法としての夢，箱庭，風景構成法を取り上げ，夢と夢み手との関係性においては主体の二重構造，感情，言葉という点から，箱庭と作り手との関係性においては箱庭の三次元性の点から，風景構成法と描き手との関係性においては見守り手によるアイテムの教示と他者性という点から，各技法の構造の差異によるイメージと主体との関係性の特徴について論じた。それにより，自律的なイメージとの関わりにおいて主体には，感情，言葉，身体感覚，境界，セラピストとの関係性などに関する多様な体験がなされていることが示され，イメージとの関わりにおける主体の変容の様相を明らかにする上で，重要な視点であると考えられた。It is important to focus on the relationship between image and the subject experiencing the image to explore why the subject changes by approaching their autonomous images. This article discusses the Dream, Sandplay, Landscape Montage Technique as a psychotherapy technique. The characteristics were revealed based on structural differences regarding the relationship between Dream and the client from the viewpoint of the dual structure of subject, feelings, and words; the relationship between Sandplay and the client from the viewpoint of the three-dimensional structure of Sandplay; and the relationship between Landscape Montage and the client from viewpoint of the instruction of items by the therapist as another person. This study showed various kinds of experiences in the subject regarding the feelings, words, body senses, boundaries and relationship with therapist. Therefore, the viewpoint of the relationship between image and the subject experiencing the image was essential to explore why the subject changed by approaching their image.
