クライエントのアタッチメントパターンと心理療法における内的体験－成人への個人心理療法に関する研究の概観を通して－

Abstract

本論文は，クライエントのアタッチメントパターンと成人への個人心理療法の関連についての先行研究を概観し，それらの成果や課題について検討した。先行研究の概観によると，クライエントのアタッチメントパターンは，（1）効果研究，（2）プロセスに関する研究，（3）事例，著者自身の臨床経験およびAdultAttachmentInterviewによる知見をもとにクライエントの特徴を具体的に記述した研究のなかで論じられていた。先行研究にはクライエントの外側の視点から検討がなされるという特徴があることが指摘されたが，クライエントの内的体験について検討することで，多面的なクライエント理解が可能となり，クライエントの本質により迫ることができるようになると考えられた。先行研究には，クライエントの内的体験を検討しているが，そのような問題意識はもっていない萌芽的研究もみられた。今後，クライエントの内的体験を正面から扱った研究が望まれることが指摘された。This paper presents a review of studies on the relationship between clients’ attachment patterns and individual psychotherapy with adults, and discusses the findings and related issues. According to the review, these studies were classified as (1) outcome studies, (2) studies on the process of psychotherapy, or (3) studies that concretely described client’s features based on a case, the author’s clinical experiences, or the findings on Adult Attachment Interview. These studies seemed to have the viewpoint from outside of the client. Therefore, studies on clients’ inner experience are considered to enable us to understand clients multilaterally and approach their true nature. There were some exploratory studies that dealt with the client’s inner experience but did not aim to examine it. Further studies are needed to address this issue.
