教員の学力低下意識に関する考察 -10年前のアンケート結果と比べて-

Abstract

The fear of student's scholarship decline is a subject which has been taken up recently in the mass media. The new courses for study at school have run since 2009 in elementary schools and junior high schools. There are some educational platforms in local politics and Japanese government about this. In this article I compared the conclusion about the previous attitude survey for elementary and secondary school teachers, with the investigation made 10 years ago. This survey is about the decline of academic ability in students. I found that attributes of teachers compared to decline of ability in students is coming down. But more than half the teachers are thinking that the ability in students is declining. I summarized that teachers are the cause of this problem. I found that there was “attribute distance” between schools and local communities, but teachers expect local communities to educate students well.
