dc.description.abstractUnder the progress of the economic globalization, every field came to be rolled up in the whirlpool of the economic market including domestic higher education. The high quality evaluation system of the graduate school education to be suitable for economic development, and becomes more and more important. In recent years, China is facing the problem of the popularization of higher education, the creation of advanced research results, and the globalization. Dobbins and others analyzed that higher education governance can be divided into state model, academic model and market model. This article aims to refer to the classification of Dobbins and others, with a focus on the transition of graduate school education governance that takes into account the quality evaluation in China, to find the problem and its features. In this article there will be discuss the characteristics of each model in higher education governance structure in the first chapter. And then I will arrange the historical transition of graduate school education governance in China. Finally, there will be reveal the characteristics and problems of graduate school education governance in China in the third chapter. The purpose of this article is the graduate school education quality will be improved through the market model.en
