抄録: The purpose of this study is to explicate the influences of differences of school organization on teachers' educational activities using statistical analysis of questionnaires survey to Principals and shunin(senior staff member)of public high school in Shizuoka. In this study, two aspects of school organization were set. There are teachers' collegiality tendency (‘collegiality tendency') and managerial control tendency (‘control tendency'). In this study, especially, it is aimed to reveal the effects of collegiality tendency and control tendency. Main results were the following. (1)In the case which the regular assessment for learning by the grade team with teachers in the charge of subjects and the regular school-based evaluation is introduced into school, collegiality tendency became stronger. In the case which doing at the top management group planning and result management, control tendency became stronger. (2)The effects of improvement of learning and career education in high school was larger in collegiality tendency than in control tendency.
